Global Biomass PLC Corporation ("GBC") is a Philippine Registered (Securities & Exchange Commission) and operated company. GBC is invested and 40% owned by Global Biomass PLC ("GB"). GB is a United Kingdom Public unlisted Company registered by the Companies House of the UK & Wales. GBC specializes in the development and delivery of Biomass as an Alternative Fuel to Fossil Fuel. GBC does NOT use any Biomass that can compete with the human food chain. GBC utilizes: 1) Agricultural wastes that are either left in the field to decompose causing Methane, 2) Food processing wastes such as Bagasse or Rice Hull or, 3) Fuel crop that is purpose grown on marginal and unproductive land. GBC specializes in the logistics of collecting, planting, harvesting, storage, preparation of biomass as an alternative to fossil fuel. GBC works closely with the Government of the Philippines and has executed an agreement with the Government owned Philippine Agricultural & Development Corporation to develop fuel crops on marginal and unproductive land. The company has also executed 25-year contracts with three subsidiary companies of "Global Green Power PLC Corporation": "Green Power Panay Philippines Inc", "Green Power Pangasinan Philippines Inc.", and "Green Power Pangasinan Philippines Inc"., to supply each of their 17.5 MegaWatt biomass fueled Power Plants.
