As drivers of economic growth in Ghana the micro, small and medium sized enterprises (MSMEs) has not lived up to this potential due to the widening gap in skill and knowledge management in the sector. This promising development sector has been reduced to adverse statistics and has not realized it is potential. 3E MTI Gh is filling this gap by providing synthesized industrial best practices into contextually relevant skill and knowledge development. It is our mission to provide the tools, knowledge and diagnostics needed to for leaders of MSMEs. Traditional training are very expensive, but our model makes it cost tailored to firm categories to ensure that firms take advantage of such important training programmes.
