The Global Kid went on to win five awards: the 2016 Wonder Woman Award in NY, the 2017 INSPAD Peace Award in Belgium/Pakistan, the 2017 WEF Excellence Award in Iceland and a nomination for the 2017 Alternative Comic Book Award at Europe's second largest comic book festival in Angloueme, France. it also won the 2018-2019 Educators Challenge of Sweden’s Global Challenges Foundation including a $5000 prize; and the 2019 Education Award of the UK’s School of International Futures’ Next Generation Foresight Practice Competition 2020-Present: Exploring creative partners and investors to develop spinoffs of the 2016 award-winning political comic book, The Global Kid, with % of profits going to nonprofits: 1) an animated adaptation of my political comic book to teach tweens (age 7-12) about global affairs 2) a political graphic novel inspired by the themes of my political comic book to enlighten teens and adults on how global affairs may evolve
