Bald Eagle Investments USA is a holding company for Australian Entrepreneur and Investor Stephen Keighery's USA business investments. After working flat out for 12 years growing the Aussie tech company that he was a partner in Stephen wanted to take 6 months off for an extended holiday in the USA. He always knew he loved the USA but after spending 6 months there he begun to understand just how much opportunity there was there. He always loved the property market in Australia having built up a portfolio of properties in 3 different Australian states in 6 different council areas. After seeing how much better the property market was in the USA in terms of being able to generate profitable cashflow he couldn't imagine how he could go back to investing in Australia. This was when he founded Bald Eagle Investments USA so he could create businesses and invest in the USA. Bald Eagle Investments currently operates Income Property Makeovers LLC which offers renovation services to property investors as well as helps international investors acquire and renovate below market value properties with high income potential. It also invests in income properties directly.
