The McMaster Demystifying Medicine Seminar Series started in January 2012. It includes presentations of patients, pathology, diagnosis and therapy in the context of major disease problems and current research. This translational seminar series is designed to help increase the understanding of how advances in biology can be applied to human disease. It is directed towards undergraduate and graduate students, post-doctoral fellows and researchers, medical students and clinicians. It is open for the public. Each session includes clinical and basic science components presented by McMaster clinicians and researchers.
