Prashanth, an alumnus of Dr. Ambedkar Law University, Chennai and University of Manchester, and an accredited in-house counsel for many Fortune 500 firms since 2005. With a primary interest in setting up new businesses and enabling foreign investors and businesses to overcome their legal challenges he explored opportunities ranging from Real Estate, Compliance, Company Incorporations to Mergers, Corporate Governance, Advising on Venture Capital to day to day operations of businesses in India and abroad.
