The Kickstart Scheme was launched in September 2020 to create 6 month job placements for 16-24 year olds on Universal Credit who are at risk of long term unemployment. If you have less than 30 placements, you need to apply via an intermediary, this is where we can help. We are an approved Kickstart Gateway and have already submitted applications for hundreds of placements for a range of employers. We have a team of experts and our commitment is to make the process as smooth and hassle free as possible and our support does not end when we submit your application. We will support you with recruitment, onboarding and throughout the 6 month placement. We will also support the Kickstarter with their development by registering them onto our 'Radical Employability' training programme.
