We have extensive experience completing work as part of a design-build team. GBA has a rich history of excellence and stability dating back to the early 20th century when it was founded by Herbert Voelcker and Jesse Dixon. They are considered by some historians to be the Fathers of Architecture in Texas designing more than 200 schools, colleges, courthouses, post offices and medical facilities. On January 1st, 2012, Gary Baker became the sole owner of the firm. Gary has over 35 years of experience in architecture in a wide range of projects ranging from private sector to the public sector. His experience, integrity, attention to detail and willingness to do whatever it takes to meet the clients’ needs have become trademark attributes of the firm.
