The business idea is to improve process control through better utilization of measurement data leading to improved process output and benefits to customer. "Coaching" in the end of company name comes out of the philosophy that processes can't be controlled or improved externally (consulting), things must be trained and coached to the organisation. The entrepreneur has strong know-how in Quality Management and automatic Non-Destructive Testing (NDT). This know-how can easily be used to transfer "mandatory inspections" to process measurements, which is one good starting point for process improvements.
