ASSOCIATE COMPANY OF AIS (ASAHI INDIA GLASS LTD) SHIELD AUTOGLASS LIMITED (Windshield Experts) is a 50:50 Indo - Japanese joint venture. The company is a subsidiary of Asahi Glass Company, Japan and associate company of ASAHI INDIA GLASS LIMITED, the largest integrated glass company in India. Windshield Experts is the first and only network of specialized repair and replacement centers for automotive glass in India. The company was established in 2001 with the opening of first service center in New Delhi and currently has a network of 90+ service centers spread across 50+ cities in India.
