As new and exciting technology comes about, our observations have been that many companies make mistakes in how they adapt that technology. One mistake, that many companies make, is that they try to “throw” technology at a challenge. They fail to consider that you need to enhance the work processes to most efficiently adapt the technology. They also fail to understand that you may need to innovate a new solution which adapts and fully utilizes the technology within your work processes. It is key to be able to mesh Technology and Innovation.
