Silicon Valley Consulting is no more! My new venture is Enduring Presence which is founded on the belief that everyone deserves to be listened to and supported in their professional journey. I apply this belief when working with both individuals and teams. My coaching approach is based heavily on the UC Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute's (BECI's) Active Communicating® methodology and includes: - Building trust and understanding - Teaching skills tailored to what you want - Inspiring by helping you understand yourself better - Building stamina to persist in your process - Building a supportive environment for continued personal development My coaching builds leadership at all levels, emboldens individuality and authenticity, and ignites performance toward your higher purpose.  My facilitated workshops and executive presence courses include a unique combination of exercises and coaching. Based on the needs of the group, the activities may draw from elements of: - Theater arts - Improv - Creativity techniques - Communication science - Conflict resolution - others as appropriate. Workshops can run one hour to several days, depending on current team function and objectives. These sessions are fun, energizing, and highly effective at improving both short and long-term team performance.
