We have up to date testing facilities if needed and offer a benchmarking service at no extra cost. We are flexible within our approach and have become experts in matching the right candidate to each role to ensure longevity for the client. We can boast that the majority of clients who ask for our services are from recommendation more than any other source. Each consultant we employ works as an 'Account Manager' for their client irrespective of what vacancy they have therefore they can build that relationship on a good understanding of their needs and are not dealing with a different consultant every time.
