Our extra virgin olive oils are made with the latest technology, using stainless materials. We harvest our oils very early, therefor we obtain olive oils very rich in aromas and flavours. O-Med is innovative company, using innovative strategies: - we produce our olive oils in 3h later then harvest - controled irrigation - conservation with nitrogen of our olive oils to avoid oxidation - sustainalbe: we use the pits of our olives as energy.
