Tower Fabrication State of the art Chinese CNC Machines for Angle lines and plates along with iron Workers are used for accurate punching shearing and marking of tower member. Solid Industries has production facility of telecommunication towers, Power Transmission towers, distribution steel structures and high tech fabricated products. Galvanizing The Company has most modern Chinese hot dip Galvanizing plant where all operations of pickling, cleaning and hot dip Galvanizing are carried out in a systematic way to ensure smooth and layer of zinc deposit of required thickness. Tower members are inspected individually and in batches for defects free Galvanizing and a layer of uniform thickness prior to shifting to storage yard. Tower Members are stored in vast area in well planned way to ensure smooth unloading and loading. Quality Control Quality is ensured according to International Standards. Samples of Steel Angle section are further tested for mechanical, chemical and properties prior to fabrications Scientifically, both for prototype development and Commercial production. All member are individually checked to detect fault in Galvanizing. Similarly sample check of zinc layer thickness is conducted regularly.
