Founded in 1996, Leadership Seneca County has worked to help local residents advance into leadership roles in their organizations and in our community. Over 300 individuals have completed the program--representing more than 100 local businesses and organizations. LSC is for people who want to increase their understanding of community issues, gain new skills to help advance into leadership proles and network among diverse, emerging and existing leaders in our community. The experience prepares participants to return to their business or organization with more awareness of their leadership capabilities so they can play an active role in developing their future and the future of Seneca County. The program consists of nine full-day sessions held on the second Wednesday of each month. The program starts in September and runs through May. Sessions begin at 8:30 am and end at 4:30 pm. Tuition is $595 plus a $25 processing ($620 total). You can apply on-line. Enrollment in the class is limited to 24 participants.
