Blue Mountain Therapy was founded in 2013. We provide Physical, Occupational, Speech/Language therapies along with Social Work, in patient home settings. We provide these services through home health agencies as well as through Early Intervention services. We are providing services in TN, NC and VA. We also offer ABA therapy for ages 3-6 who are on the autism spectrum. This will be an outpatient facility, located in Wytheville, VA.
