Eichberg Construction (ECI) is a mid-sized construction firm incorporated in April of 1974 by John Eichberg. Over the past 44 years, we have completed more than 2,200 projects. We have an exceptional portfolio of new construction, renovations and additions to existing multifamily residential buildings, and conversions of commercial buildings to residential. Over the past 10 years, we have completed more than 40 multifamily projects. Overall, our portfolio includes approximately 6,000 residential units in the Washington DC metro area.
