Volunteer Legal Services Hawaii is the only organization in the state whose sole mission is to serve Hawaii’s low income community through volunteer attorneys. The organization is dedicated to ensuring a future where poverty is not a barrier to justice. Through Volunteer Legal’s pool of pro bono attorneys, legal services are provided in a wide range of civil matters, including divorce, paternity, custody, child support, guardianship, adoption, power of attorney, wills, employment and labor, landlord-tenant, collections, bankruptcy, and immigration matters.
