As a social enterprise we provide training and employment opportunities to disadvantaged singaporeans. Currently, ITG is working with a Family Service Centre (FSC) to identify disadvantaged women who want a job. Through its intervention, ITG hopes to provide the employers with a more reliable workforce to assist with their operations, while providing employment opportunities, and career progression opportunities for the disadvantaged people. ITG also works with corporates by providing customised and exclusive training programs based on their needs. Our training strategy includes a clear picture of the business objectives, implementation and enactment of the program in order to achieve the goal.
