We combine data from fitness wearables and medical devices, to create better management support for chronic diseases. First results with new predictive correlations have been realized for people with diabetes type 1. The knowledge from medical teams, scientists, patients, and industry form the parameters of new algorithms. The precise information informs the medical teams, the patients, their families and support better decision making, control, prevention, education, and motivation. This pays off in both the short and the long term.
