Our Founder’s 15+ years of experience in specialized education, school operations and leadership, business management, transformational coaching, learning and development, teaching, and curriculum/program design provide an unparalleled ability to create a program that disrupts what school “needs” to look like - while providing the chance for students to become the hero in their own dream career story. Our school prioritizes access and equity. Until now, much of the tools and resources available for young people interested in gaming have been cost prohibitive for most students and families. For this reason, we aim to provide the industry’s top tools and resources while ensuring all students we enroll are selected based on passion, merit, and drive rather than financial means. Our specialized curriculum is rooted in methods utilized in transformational development coaching. Once only available to top leaders in large organizations via expensive corporate coaching, META is providing high level development coaching to benefit students NOW, in their most formative years. We are extremely excited about what we are building and have been met with tremendous support and enthusiasm from gaming industry professionals as we’ve accelerated the development of our concept in 2020.
