Plattinum Staffing Agency is an employment agency that partners with HBCU students and firms looking to increase diversity. The agency specializes in contingency searches and recruitment services to create relationships between HBCU students and small, medium, and major sized corporations. Our mission is to invest in HBCU students’ futures by providing skills training and mentorship to empower them for the workforce. The central goal of the agency is to increase diversity and retention among Black men and women in professional spaces. Through partnerships with firms that are committed to diversity, and partnerships with HBCU students we provide recruitment and direct placement services.
