Serenity Social & Support Services

www.serenitysupport.com.au

Founded by UniSA Social Work student Denali Wright, Serenity Social & Support Services is a roving support service providing affordable social supports to children and teenagers with Autism and other related disorders/superpowers in the greater Adelaide area. Serenity contracts vetted facilitators, support workers and mentors to meet the specific needs of our clients. Serenity facilitates “What’s the Buzz?” Teens, Primary, and Early learners programs alongside Michelle Harris from New Day Support in the Northern suburbs on a Tuesday night, and run our own groups closer to the Adelaide CBD on a Monday night, which you can find out more about on our website. Denali was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 20, having lived with the difficulties and shame (as well as strengths and creativity) associated with the neurodevelopment difference . She is passionate in her work with neurodivergent children and adolescents; she believes everybody deserves love and compassion, and that neurodivergent children need that love and compassion perhaps more than anyone. Serenity is Denali's pride & joy, into which she puts her heart & soul. She would love to hear from you about supporting your child or teenager!
