Fruitworks is the first and only coworking space in Canterbury, situated 30 seconds from city centre. We are based in a beautiful Victorian warehouse that we have carefully restored ourselves. Fruitworks is a hub of creativity and innovation, and we have diverse members that make our community unique. Our main Coworking ssace is mostly open plan, however, we also have private studios for teams if that is what you prefer. We have over 120 spaces on a residential and hot-desking basis, five awesome chillout areas (for when work gets a bit too much), an event space, conference room, meeting room, zoom call rooms and on site coffee shop. When you become a member you gain access to super-fast WiFi, professional mailing address, free tea & coffee to get your caffeine kick plus you also get to attend our community events. We opened in 2012 and we have grown to a community of over 80 members and an ever growing network of local contacts. Our hope is to turn Canterbury into a Digital Hub by utilising the skills we have in the city. Awesome events are a key part of Fruitworks. From crafty workshops to brilliant speakers sharing their wealth of knowledge, our events are perfect for networking or "not-working" - there really is something for everyone!
