Specialist Services – Co-Creating Balance provides specialist support & advice that is professional, objective & practical, with a value that lasts much longer than the end of the assignment. We are highly experienced in working with the NHS and have carried out a range of Programme Management & service/governance reviews, making recommendations to improve the service. We work autonomously whilst at the same time keeping clients informed of progress and ensuring that they have input into development of the project. We provide a ‘whole systems change’ approach rather than taking a service in isolation. Organisations work with us because we are “doers” with a “clear focus on results”.
