Founded in 2012, Community of Hearts is a not-for-profit, charitable organization in Guelph supporting youth, adults and seniors with developmental exceptionalities to achieve the level of independence they desire. Through curriculum-based quality programming, a person centred focus, as well as relevant and responsive opportunities we support our participants to build self confidence, self advocacy and become more engaged members in the community.
