Horizon GeoSpatial, LLC is a small business with extensive experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technologies. This includes development, integration and application of GIS data and services in support of local, state, and federal government projects and academic research. We provide a wide range of geospatial services including spatial data creation and analysis, database design, data management, web mapping application development and project management support for GIS/IT tasks. Our current primary function involves operation of the Explosive Safety Siting (ESS) software. Horizon Geospatial specializes in creating Explosive Safety Site Plans for DoD ammunition storage sites.
