At New Paradigm Recovery we’ve found that substance abuse issues are symptoms of either a distinct disorder or the result of trauma. A fundamental reason addicts fail to change their destructive behavior is that they are repeatedly placed back in the same environments and circumstances from which they came. Since they have yet to learn how to modify their behavior, it is critical that they receive intense treatment as a part of their lives in recovery. The outpatient program at New Paradigm Recovery provides discrete, comfortable, expert substance abuse care in a safe and supportive environment. We create comprehensive and individualized treatment plans catered to our clients needs utilizing a specialized combination of therapies. When coupled with individual and group counseling, clients are empowered to identify and address the root causes of their addictions rather than just the dependence upon drugs and alcohol. Additionally, we offer family therapy and education so that the people closest to our clients can develop a better understanding of what addiction is and their role in helping their loved one recover—while receiving the support, guidance, and understanding they need. During this time we see family bonds strengthen, rather than failing because of it.
