In 2000, everyone was obsessed with innovation. In 2010, everyone was obsessed with being a disruptor. In 2020, everyone is obsessed with self actualization. It's not strange, really. We went to the extreme of focusing on work and success, and the next thing that we were going to build. In the process, we lost touch with who we are and what we really want.
