We chose “social” in the name of the design studio to deliberately emphasize the importance and value we place on communication. In order to encourage our clients to join the process, we follow a play first approach to home design through the use of 3d models. Although we respect the cost effective, precise fabrication and quick construction of the current trending pre-fabricated homes, we are more interested in custom designed homes. Why? Because we believe architecture and life is all about the experience. And the design process is one that can be extremely fulfilling for both the client and the designer.
