BrightLights creates a solid learning foundation for K-7 students with dedicated eLearning rooms in township schools. With BrightLights, learners get the best from a blended environment where classroom teaching is reinforced with digital learning. In addition to the 25-35 netbooks, headphones, internet access, acclaimed Math and English software, each eLearning room also has dedicated and trained facilitators. With digital learning, children control their pace of learning, accelerating, or doubling-down on topics as needed. The eLearning rooms provide consistent and data-driven education, overcoming many hurdles that are endemic to marginalized areas. Located in township schools where the average income is well under the poverty line, BrightLights also provides digital literacy and fluency to children, allowing them to participate in the modern environment with knowledge and confidence. To-date BrightLights has provided over 45000 hours of Math, Advanced Math, and English instruction to about 1200 K-7 learners.
