Varietal Beer Company was originally imagined as an experimental brewery project, however with additional investment and with the assistance of the Port of Sunnyside, the project expanded to include a full brewery, taproom and barrel program. We have opened on a limited basis at 416 E. Edison Ave. in Sunnyside, Washington and plan to provide a rotating taplist of interesting beers for everyone to explore. It has taken us a few years, but we’re in the final stretch. Grand Opening to be announced soon!
