SAI was founded over 15 years ago and has remained under ownership of Patrick Stoup since this time. The company has assisted government clients in rethinking and solving problems that are large-scale, complex, and important to the mission. In 2014 SAI established Chaos to Clarity, a boutique firm providing change management services and enabling resources to the public and private sectors. Chaos to Clarity will utilize Lean, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, Business Process Re-engineering, and Kotter’s Change Leadership Model to enable each client to lead a successful business transformation. Chaos to Clarity’s business transformation experts have more than 50 years of aggregate experience delivering major results to clients that include the Department of Defense, the Defense Intelligence Agency, the IRS, Department of State and other federal agencies. In the private sector we have advised chemical formulating and packaging companies, food and beverage plants, petroleum packaging companies, and health care organizations.
