I graduated in Law in 2002 at University of Modena and then I developed a two years experience as practicing lawyer in civil and commercial law in Verona at a Law firm where I was in charge of all extrajudicial matters assisting our customers (companies only). In particular I managed contracts relating to customers, suppliers, competition and intellectual property on national and international basis. Thanks to this professional experience, in 2004 I joined Air Liquide Group, as Legal Counsel of the Italian welding division. My responsability included the legal entities in Germany and Hungary and, on specific international projects, I used to work in co-operation with the Legal Department of Air Liquide Corporate in Paris. In 2008 I joined H-Farm Ventures in Treviso with the specific mission to start up the legal and corporate affairs department of the Group to follow the holding company and all the startups of the Group, including the sale of the startups to big companies on the international market; it has been an exiting experience that offered to me the opportunity to value the skills and competences acquired in a big and structured multinational Group like Air Liquide, establishing policies and adopting best practices for this young (but not simple) Group. This professional experience also allowed me to deepen my international legal competence dealing with national legal systems of foreign countries (U.S.A., India and Brazil). In 2009 I started an independent activity as Business Lawyer developing additional experience in Ethic Code, Privacy, Labour Law and credit collection. I attended a master in international laws and another one in fashion law. On October 2018 I started a new role, I become Director of the company Business and Fashion Lawyers Ltd in London to manage and follow primarily the European market and then, the rest of the world.
