When it comes to digitization, there is no shortage of good ideas, but there is a shortage of capable people to bring ideas to life. We have made it our mission to find these people. And we do so exclusively in Africa. We help our clients in Europe to grow their teams remotely. Our offices in Pretoria, Kigali and Kampala are almost in the same time zone as Europe. This allows our clients seamless project communication in real time. In addition, in Rwanda, we train graduates of IT courses in so-called trend stacks and subsequently enable a good entry into the international developer market through internships.
