Consultant Bill Reid Bill operates from his office in Nelson, British Columbia. Bill speaks at conferences on a variety of leadership topics such as communications, team building, decision making, time management, planning, and goal setting. He is Master Trainer for the True Colors Program and a presenter of Personal Awareness, True Communications, True Parenting, and True Coaching. As a facilitator, Bill works with groups large and small both face to face and virtually. Bill is an active member of the International Association of Facilitators and serves as the elected Director of Communications. Bill coordinates a number of projects including Spectrum Solutions (promoting inter-agency cooperation for the beneft of children and youth with special needs), Side by Side (promoting the prevention of violence against women), Kootenay Boundary Region (supporting the 6 school districts of the Kootenay Boundary Region).
