A former trainer with Dale Carnegie, her experience in communication and leadership coaching spans more than 25 years. Additionally, she has over 15 years in the aerospace and defense industry. Sheila graduated with a BA in Speech Communications and later acquired a sign language interpreting certification, honing her skills in audience focus and clear, concise communication. In addition to coaching and training, her career includes human resources, customer service, financial auditing, and project management.
