Independent Financial Advisors for Hampshire & Sussex Lawrence Clarke Ltd was formed in May 1999 when Lawrence Clarke, previously of Lawrence Clarke & Partners, combined with Allan Bowden, Dennis Stuart and Ian Cann; all of whom had well established companies in the Fareham and Portsmouth area, to form the new company. Over the past four years they have also acquired several other leading local financial Companies, including - Coffin Mew & Clover Financial services, King & Power Investments Ltd, and Roy Sansom & Company. Both Allan Bowden & Dennis Stuart continue to provide valuable experience as Directors of Lawrence Clarke Ltd. Ian Cann has since taken well earned retirement, and is still enjoying his golf.
