Prior to the formation of Byron & Edwards, APC (“B&E”), Thomas and Michael were partners in Edwards, White & Sooy, which later became Edwards, Sooy & Byron. As a result, they realized a common work ethic and mutual litigation principles and styles. In that endeavor they formed B&E in an effort to specifically cater to their existing clientele and work toward a common goal of treating new and existing clients with the highest degree of care and professional integrity. At B&E, the aim is to develop lasting relationships by assisting our clients’ businesses to grow while aggressively protecting their interests and assets.
