Press of International Journal of Ophthalmology (IJO Press) was founded in 2003, and approved by the State Administration of Press Publication, Radio, Film and Television of China. Now it published two monthly academic periodicals: International Journal of Ophthalmology--IJO (ISSN:2222-3959) and International Eye Science—IES (ISSN:1672-5123). IJO is an ophthalmological publication in English and has been indexed in SCI-Expanded, PubMed, PubMed-Central, Chemical Abstracts, Scopus, EMBASE , and selected as 2015' The Highest International Impact Academic Journal of China. Its IF in JCR 2016 is 1.177. IES (Guoji Yanke Zazhi) is a Chinese-English-mixed Ophthalmological publication and has been indexed in Scopus, EMBASE, CA and China Core Periodical of Science and Technology. IJO Press is the cooperative institution of U.S. National Library of Medicine (NLM), International Council of Ophthalmology (ICO), American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) and Thomson Reuters. And it is also the teaching base of Xi’an Jiaotong University, Xi'an Medical University and Xinxiang Medical University. 300 square meters of office space, about 20 managerial and editorial members, advanced office facilities and independent website make IJO Press the leading level in periodicals of China, particularly in journal’s internationalization, digitization and networking. IJO Press is a growing enterprise with great potential and bright prospect. 《国际眼科》杂志社是经国家工商总局审名注册的独立法人机构，国有企业；并是国际眼科理事会（ICO）和美国国家医学图书馆（NLM）的合作单位，也是西安交通大学医学部、西安医学院和新乡医学院外语系教学基地。现拥有《国际眼科杂志》中文刊IES和英文刊International Journal of Ophthalmology（IJO）两种期刊。 中文刊IES于2003年正式创刊，现为中国科技核心期刊（统计源期刊），英文论著栏目为特色栏目，所刊发的全英文论文和国际论文居国内眼科杂志之首，并已成为海内外知名的国际性眼科专业学术期刊。《国际眼科杂志》英文刊—International Journal of Ophthalmology被SCI-Expanded, PubMed, PubMed-Central, Chemical Abstracts, Scopus, EMBASE、DOAJ等多种国际知名数据库收录，也是我国唯一被SCIE和PubMed及PMC收录的的眼科学期刊， 2016 JCR影响因子为1.177，并荣获了“2015中国最具国际影响力学术期刊TOP 5%”。
