Salttech has developed DyVaR (Dynamic Vapour Recovery), a multiple award winning and patented brine treatment technology that can treat any high salinity brine, irrespective of composition or concentration. Evaporation and crystallization is combined into one system. Brine is treated in a 1-step continuous process, producing fresh water (typical TDS <100 mg/l) and salt solids. The technology is modular and can be applied for any capacity from 1 m3/h to 100’s m3/h. DyVaR is a modular system comprising of small vessels, the so-called “Dynamic Vapor Recover units”. The devices consist of non-metallic components which makes the DyVaR unit insensitive for scaling/fouling. DyVaR units are highly modular, every capacity and every desalination rate is possible.
