Kowloon Rugby Club competes in both the Men's and Women's Premiership in Hong Kong. It is a thriving and dynamic club founded in 1976, boasting over 400 social and sporting members spanning across eight senior rugby teams and seven netball teams. The club has as a strong affiliation with mini and youth club - Sai Kung Stingrays with the most recent addition, the U-19s Kowloon Stingrays Academy competing in the top junior competition.
