The only national community of practice devoted to raising the bar on aged care food, nutrition and mealtime experience. Lantern offers monthly collaboration meetings for all who are interested and involved in aged care food and mealtimes. We conduct action-based research, run education workshops and offer evidence-based consultancy services to providers across the space of aged care food, nutrition and mealtime experience.
