The Grosse Pointe Athletic Club (commonly referred to as “GPAC”) opened our doors in 1995 with one goal – to bring the residents of the Grosse Pointe communities a trusted resource for obtaining a healthier lifestyle. While our members have found that our extensive variety of fitness equipment and training services certainly help them achieve these goals, it’s our outstanding customer service, impeccable facilities and in-depth knowledge of fitness and nutrition that keep bringing them back. Our personal training staff consists of a group of highly trained individuals who have received certification by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). In addition to general fitness training, our staff specializes in performance enhancement, injury prevention, post-physical therapy exercise and pre + post-natal fitness training. No matter your age, ability level, life situation or health and fitness challenges, the GPAC staff will work with you to develop a program that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle and delivers optimal results.
