My Body...My Life...LLC was created to provide presentations, speeches, training and keynote addresses relating to issues surrounding violence against women and our prevention and rate reduction programs at schools, colleges, universities, seminars, conferences and companies outside the allowance and scope of the primary occupations of the author and developers of our programs. The author and developers of these programs are a composite group of law enforcement officers, educators, administrators, self-defense/defensive tactics instructors and counselors. We also provide training and certification for instructors to teach our programs to men and women in schools, colleges, businesses and organizations.
