The new office is in Surry Hills and an area of 345 sq m. 3 - We secured a new showroom / office for Konica Minolta, in both Adelaide and Canberra. The showroom / office lease for Konica Minolta's Brisbane lease was also renewed in late 2021. 4 - During 2021, we secured a lease renewal and expansion space for Houston Kemp. 5 - We and the pleasure of securing Weflex's first office and training center.
