We are a bespoke coaching service that specialises in the nurturing and cognitive development of the organisation. We do this by employing custom based coaching and personal development. PB EAP assists people to explore and resolve the difficulties they are experiencing in their personal and professional lives. This helps them discover alternative ways of managing themselves to decide what course of action or behaviour will be helpful and productive for them to thrive in the workplace. PB EAP recognises the early identification of problems by the employees themselves or other concerned individuals to reduce the negative impact on work performance.
