We are referred to as the: Neighborhood Revitalization Specialists We love that label because it most accurately describes our mission and what we do: properly rehabbing properties. Typically we spend a few months on each house, turning each one into a truly wonderful gem offered at competitive pricing. Social Responsibility: Unfortunately, the economy has left many people unable to live the American dream of home ownership. We live and work right here in Connecticut and we want to help. SCP Properties specializes in solving real estate problems. We will handle all of the paper work and make all of the arrangements for you, and we do not charge commissions or fees. All of us at SCP Properties take pride in helping others in our own way, bringing homes and neighborhoods back to life one at a time. Quite often the homes we rehab have been severely neglected in many ways, and we enjoy the challenge of turning the property back into a beautiful home.
