Keep Fresh (fiscally sponsored 501(c)3) was a food waste education platform, working with grocers and farmers to help educate consumers on food storage best practices to reduce food-waste within homes. Launched as part of OpenIDEO's Food Waste Challenge, and selected as 1 of 11 Top Ideas out of a pool of over 450, Keep Fresh was profiled on Sustainable America and a member of the Food Waste Alliance. As of December 2017, Keep Fresh is no longer operating.
